"Contact" button above. We much prefer to communicate by email or the message board if
at all possible. We are full time pet sitters, so we have little time to return
phone calls during our busy days (late at night emailing works much better for
us).
If you do have to call, please do not call us after 9pm Central
Standard Time, or before 9am Central Standard Time. And always be sure to
leave your purchase date, and the email address you used to purchase on any
voice mail messages you leave for us. The number is 262 894-0373. Please note, we usually listen to
our PUPS phone messages about 2x per week, and we generally try to answer your
messages via email if possible.

If you have received spam from an address @petsits.com, please
send a copy of the spam including full headers (under view, options in Outlook) to
mail@petsits.com. Unfortunately, spammers are adept at "spoofing" from
addresses, but if we find the unsolicited spam did indeed originate from one of
our members we will take action immediately.
